At Mitchell Cotts Group, our collateral management service involves receiving physical commodities into our storage facilities and we retain control over them and they can only be released according to predetermined terms of agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

We enter into contractual agreement by executing tripartite collateral management agreement (CMA) between the financier, client and collateral Manager (Mitchell Cotts). Cargo is handled on agreed scope and held under strict security in the warehouse, pending release instructions from the financier.<\/p>\n

We partner with local and international financial institutions to offer this service through inventory financing and do serve both export and import clients for any cargo that can be stored in free or bonded warehouses and secure yard storage spaces. We offer both onsite and offsite collateral management including stock monitoring and control services.<\/p>\n<\/div>
