Paul Moses Mabango is the Safety and Environmental Officer at Mitchell Cotts Group. With over 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, he brings a wealth of expertise to his current role. He holds a Certificate of Achievement in Integrated Management Systems (QMS ISO 9001:2008, EMS ISO 14001:2004 & OSHAS 18001:2007), a Diploma in Safety Management, Policy & Procedure, and a Certificate in Hazard Identification & Incident Investigations.

Paul is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all personnel, contractors, and staff. He has achieved continual safety improvement and adherence to the company’s health and safety policies. His most impressive achievement has been sustaining world-class safety performance in day-to-day operations, with a vigilant emphasis on areas that require constant focus, such as road transport and contractor safety. This collaborative effort from all departments and contractors has successfully adhered to safe operations.

His focus is on achieving Process Safety, Management of Change, and Work Control by systematically evaluating risks, hazards, and processes to implement the best international practices. He is determined to gear Mitchell Cotts Group towards focusing on key learnings to achieve its goals and aspirations of protecting people, assets, environment, and reputation.
