With over 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, he brings a wealth of expertise to his current role. He holds a Certificate of Achievement in Integrated Management Systems (QMS ISO 9001:2008, EMS ISO 14001:2004 &amp; OSHAS 18001:2007), a Diploma in Safety Management, Policy &amp; Procedure, and a Certificate in Hazard Identification &amp; Incident Investigations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Paul is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all personnel, contractors, and staff. He has achieved continual safety improvement and adherence to the company&#8217;s health and safety policies. His most impressive achievement has been sustaining world-class safety performance in day-to-day operations, with a vigilant emphasis on areas that require constant focus, such as road transport and contractor safety. This collaborative effort from all departments and contractors has successfully adhered to safe operations.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His focus is on achieving Process Safety, Management of Change, and Work Control by systematically evaluating risks, hazards, and processes to implement the best international practices.
